It’s not really “racism” in America that is the problem. It is the “unconscious bias” that exists that needs to be addressed in order for us to finally get past this stupid issue faced by humanity. I think we can all agree that anyone that actually hates another human being just because of the color of his skin is an ignorant monster. They are easy to identify. They are abominations in a sea of human beings that know without a doubt that skin color doesn’t matter if you are a human. The only way to fix those extreme racists is to have them seek therapy.
